Christina has had this role with Senior Helpers for 10 years. She has over 25 years’ experience with teaching and training, primarily with franchise organisations.

Robert Sharkey Chief Financial Officer
Robert joined Senior Helpers in 2013 after many high-level finance and operation roles in healthcare and home-care.

Mari Baxter Vice President of Business Development
Mari moved into this role in 2010 but has been with Senior Helpers for 10 years. She has over 15 years’ experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur.

Rob Cantrell Vice President of Franchise Development
Rob joined Senior Helpers in 2016 and works closely with new franchisees in the US. He has over 20 years’ experience in sales and sales management

Leonie Mosel Williams Managing Director Senior Helpers National (Aust)
Leonie is the franchisor for Australia and has had the experience of starting two Senior Helpers franchises with her daughter in Tasmania. She came to Senior Helpers following 25 years working in the University sector in health and nursing where she gained valuable experience in management, leadership and marketing. In addition, her roles as an educator, author and researcher have prepared her for this diverse and exciting role of guiding new owners to build successful Senior Helpers’ franchises of their own.
